Game Explanation:
Kids will split up into teams and then sub teams (3-5 per sub team)
Basically each team's goal is to conquer the most "zones" around camp or have the most time in all zones (your choice). Zones are marked with Leaders (adults or people that can use a stop watch) standing somewhere with a piece of paper, marker and stop watch of some kind.
When a group gets to a zone, the leader starts their stop watch and records their team name. The group has control of that zone until another team takes it over.
When a group captures a zone, they have the option to stay and defend it, or try and capture another base (they can't split up, all members must be present to both capture and defend). If they leave to capture another zone, the time keeps accumulating, but if another group comes, it's automatically taken over and the timer records the time for the previous group and starts it for the new one.
If a group wants to take over a zone that has another group defending it and the WHOLE group is present, they play a game of Rock Paper Scissors (first one wins) to see who wins. If the attacker is successful, they take over the zone, if the defender wins, the attackers must go try to take over a different zone before they come back to that one. Same thing if you lose a zone, due to Rock Paper Scissors, you have to go somewhere else before going to try and reclaim your lost zone.
At the end of the game a zone is declared WON by the team with the most accumulated time on it.
