Many of us are fortunate to have incredible mentors in our lives, people we can turn to, ask questions to and share our failures with.

But how do you become a mentor?

Do you have to have worked in the industry for 50 years? Do you have to be a walking encyclopedia of answers? We would argue no - the best mentors are those who know themselves, know what they have to offer and can connect you with others.
