What is the Resilience Blueprint?

The Resilience Blueprint is GoCamp Pro's consulting framework for camp directors who are stuck in firefighting mode. Over a 12 to 18 month engagement, we work through five operational areas to reduce the reactive load so directors can lead proactively. Built specifically for independent, mission-driven camps.

What is a Clarity Sprint and how do I know if I need one?

A Clarity Sprint is a single 90-minute coaching session designed to get you unstuck fast. Bring your biggest problem and leave with a clear plan. No ongoing commitment. Cost is $495 CAD.

How is GoCamp Pro different from generic business coaching?

GoCamp Pro's framework was built for the specific realities of independent, owner-operated camps — not adapted from corporate leadership consulting. Travis has worked in camps, directed camps, and spent 15+ years studying what makes them resilient.

Is GoCamp Pro right for a small or mid-size camp?

Yes. The Resilience Blueprint is built for owner-operated, family-run, or founder-led camps, typically serving 100 to 600 campers. If you feel like the operation is running you instead of the other way around, this is for you.

How long before a camp director sees results from working with GoCamp Pro?

Most directors notice a shift in their day-to-day within the first 90 days. The Resilience Blueprint is a 12 to 18 month engagement for sustainable change. A Clarity Sprint produces an immediate action plan in a single session.
